If you discover a fault in the item(s) you have received, please contact our sales department immediately and our representative will try to resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
In the rare chance that something you have ordered is sold out we do give the option of giving you a refund or exchange for a product of equal or lesser value. If you are not satisfied with the products you have received or the size/ color and style doesn’t meet your standard, we unfortunately cannot accept those as reasons for refunds. Please take that into consideration before checking out.
We have put a lot of effort into displaying the products colors as accurate as possible that are on By Choice. But because computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee your monitor’s display of any colors to be completely accurate.
Our customers are going to be responsible for all the fees involving a return. Therefore we recommend that you take all necessary precautions by using registered services when returning the package to us.
We collect, use and store your personal data in order to provide different services to you and offer you a personal experience. We respect our customers and all data collected will be kept private and confidential.
The data we collect will be used for services like maintaining your shopping cart on the site, fulfilling orders and to provide you with more efficient responses to your enquiries via email.

How do the garments fit?
With the exception of some select garments, most of our products are unisex, meaning they are sized to fit both males and females. We do suggest that women select one size down from their typical size selection for a more fitted look. However, size selection is based off of customer preference.

Hustle Manifest is a online fashion retail store, a worldwide style destination for men & women.
When using Hustle Manifest and placing an order, you will provide your name, contact and payment information. By registering as a member, you agree to receive newsletters and promotional e-mails from Hustle Manifest. If you no longer wish to receive these e-mails you can unsubscribe or delete your account at any time.
When purchasing from Hustle Manifest, we require personal information from you in our order form. You must provide contact information (name, email, phone number, and shipping address) as well as financial information (credit card number). This information we collect will be used for billing purposes and to fulfill your orders. Your credit card information will not be stored. If there is trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
We accept payments through credit cards and Paypal. The credit card must belong to you, if the credit card does not belong to you, you must have permission from the card holder to use it. We will only ship to the billing address that matches the credit card.
You must ensure that the address you provide us is accurate. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect address provided as well as an address we are unable to deliver to. If the shipment is returned to us for any reason you will be entitled for all shipping and handling fees that were associated with that shipment.
It is recommended that items be sent to a work or home address in order to avoid any delays in receiving your item(s).
One your item is shipped, we are no longer responsible for its condition or the delivery to the address you have provided. Any claims for damages of the items should be towards the shipper.
Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation e-mail will be sent. Please keep this e-mail and confirmation number on file as reference for tracking your package.

What shipping method does Hustle Manifest use?
Hustle Manifest currently uses Canada Post to ship out all online ordered. Each package will have a corresponding tracking number (Canada and USA) that can be traced through the Canada Post website (www.canadapost.ca).
How long does it take for my package to arrive?
During the checkout process, you have the option choosing what type of delivery method you would prefer – please note that prices vary depending on the destination. The average delivery times are as follows:
Within Canada: 5 – 7 business days
United States: 5 – 10 business days
Shipments destined for United States may be subject to customs, which may increase the number of business days it takes for your order to arrive. Please note that Hustle Manifest is not responsible for any customs or duties charges that are levied by the destination country.
